Cor-60 Hidden Sash System with thermal break
Hinged windows European channel composed of aluminum alloy profiles and heat treated 6063 T-5.
Possibility of all openings except the outer opening.
Frame and leaf have a depth of 60 mm. The average thickness of the aluminum is 1.6 mm.
The aluminum profiles are provided with thermal break obtained by inserting insulating tubular rods 24 mm polyamide 6.6. deep reinforced with 25% glass fiber.
Sealing system for EPDM triple.
Maximum glazing: 28 mm.

The frame and sash are 55 mm & 63 mm deep respectively both in windows as in doors. The average aluminium profile wall thickness is 1.5 mm. in windows and 1,7 mm. in doors.
The aluminium profiles are provided with a thermal break which is achieved by inserting 24 mm wide 6.6 polyamide isolation strips which are reinforced with 25% fibre glass.

Cor-80 Industrial System with Thermal Break
Its great glazing capacity of up to 65mm allows for the use of energy efficient glazing and compositions of large thicknesses as well as double chambers that gives excellent thermal and acoustic performance (up to 46dB of noise protection) that translates in to maximum energy saving and total interior comfort. The performance achieved in the AEV test, has shown this window to have the best water tightness performance, air permeability and wind resistance in order to guarantee the greatest protection against the most adverse atmospheric agents. The simplicity in its assembly and less labour time, allows for a more industrialized fabrication resulting in a final saving of time and cost.

Cor-70 Hidden Sash System with Thermal Break
A 35 mm thermally broken area and the insertion of polyolefin sponge in the frame and sash allows it to reach values of up to 1,0W/m²K of transmission in the space and therefore maximising its energy efficiency. These high thermal performances are completed with an increased level of sound insulation that this system achieves thanks to the possibility of installing glazing units of up to 40mm in thickness. The classifications achieved in the AEV tests go to prove that the system has excellent water tightness, air permeability and wind resistance values in order to obtain increased protection against the most unfavourable weather conditions.
